EXPRESS LINE

With its large top and bottom rails, heavy in-house fabricated door frames and hinges, large full-length drop gussets, and rugged look, the new Express Line from Exiss is the ultimate in trailer manufacturing. The rear of the Express Line features the rugged tail light brackets and extruded aluminum hinges and a door frame with a concealed rubber seal. For added safety, the rear doors of the Express Line come with spring-loaded door holdbacks to keep the door locked open when in use. The Express Line features one of the largest top rails in the industry. Notice the smooth exterior welding present on all exposed welds. The collapsible rear tack in the Express Line comes complete with a saddle rack, an aluminum halter hook bar, and a brush tray. The saddle rack is easily removable and can be quickly placed in the optional dressing room location. All Express Line gooseneck models feature a 3/16” full-length aluminum drop gusset, giving it an added degree of strength. The feed doors on the Express Line are fabricated in-house, using the same large extruded aluminum door frame, aluminum hinge component, and concealed rubber seal that are used on the rear door and escape door. The horse dividers feature a corrugated extruded aluminum panel design, and come complete with stall pads and feed bags, showing that safety as well as convenience are important to us.The personnel manufacturing the Express Line trailers take great pride in workmanship, finish and detail.
